This Cookie Policy explains how Kintsugiyama, Inc. (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies across the websites we operate that link to this policy (our “Sites”), such as our marketing site at www.kintsugiyama.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It covers our Sites only: THE LEGEND OF CALIFORNIA does not use cookies. This Cookie Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

What cookies are. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as login and security) and, where enabled, help us understand how the site is used.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies (always on — these don’t require consent because the Sites can’t function without them). We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the pages that carry a form — currently /press, /creator-sign-up, /mailing-list and /alpha-key — to tell real visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile sets one or more cookies on those pages for that purpose only; they are set by Cloudflare and are described in Cloudflare’s own documentation. Our Sites otherwise run on our own cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) rather than a third-party website platform, and set no cookies of their own.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not use analytics cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Your choices. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites from working.

Third-party links. Our Sites link to third-party services (e.g. Steam, Discord, our social channels). Those services set their own cookies under their own policies; this policy does not cover them.

Changes. We may update this Cookie Policy; we’ll change the “Last Updated” date when we do.
