This Cookie Policy explains how Kintsugiyama, Inc. (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies across the websites and online services we operate that link to this policy (our “Sites”), such as our marketing site at www.kintsugiyama.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as login and security) and, where enabled, help us understand how the site is used.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies (always on - these don’t require consent because the Sites can’t function without them): Our marketing site is hosted on our own cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) rather than a third-party website platform. It sets only a small number of essential cookies for security and core functionality (for example, a security/anti-forgery token). On our alpha access site, we set a single session cookie when you sign in to claim access, so we can keep you logged in during your visit. It expires after a short period and is used only for authentication.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. Our alpha access site uses no analytics or tracking cookies - only the strictly-necessary session cookie above.

Your choices. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites from working.

Third-party links. Our Sites link to third-party services (e.g. Steam, Discord, our social channels). Those services set their own cookies under their own policies; this policy does not cover them.

Changes. We may update this Cookie Policy; we’ll change the “Last updated” date when we do.
